The Wowcooler EF-72T Commercial Twin Tank Gas Fryer is constructed of stainless steel. It features two round tube heat exchangers which are immersed in oil for best efficiency. The oil capacity is 8 liters per tank. The temperature can be adjusted anywhere from 60~220°C. With steel drain cock, this unit is easy to clean.
